The Memories Made in Dublin City exhibition brings together wonderful memories of special times spent in Dublin City. From summers in Ringsend to trips to Santa in Switzers, from a tour of Dublin with the late Luke Kelly to the Phoenix Park ‘coal rush’ in the 1950s, from first dates to wedding days, it’s a fascinating insight into life in Dublin City over the decades.
People from Dublin, across Ireland and around the world have shared their photographs, stories, videos, poems and songs.
Visit the exhibition to enjoy their heart-warming tales.

Getting to City Hall
City Hall is situated at the junction of Dame Street and Parliament Street. The building features four stone pillars framed by ornate balustrades. There are three entry points to City Hall:
- The front door from Dame Street.
- The west door from Castle Street.
- The side entrance from Barnardo Square.
Bus routes: 27, 54a, 56A, 77A, 123, 150.
Red Luas line stops: Jervis or The Four Courts.
Green Luas line stops: St. Stephen’s Green.
Dart Station: Tara Street or Pearse Street.
Car parks: Jury’s Car Park, Christchurch, St. Andrew Street Car Park, Drury Street Car Park.
By foot: Five-minute walk from Trinity College Dublin.
